It is their personal mission to manage the range of holiday accommodation in the Zeeuws-Vlaanderen region and make it accessible to everyone. They are known for their commitment to personal service, hospitality and quality.
Our service
Kustverhuur Zeeuws-Vlaanderen takes your personal wishes and needs into account. We will discuss your requirements with you in person to see where we can take the pressure off you. Based on this, a bespoke contract is drawn up. With a personalised contract, we avoid surprises and you only pay for what you need.

Repairs (in consultation with the owner, of course)
Personal welcome for guests

As mentioned, a contract is drawn up based on your wishes and needs. For example, you can also choose to use only our key service and/or rental service.
Where do we advertise your holiday home?
Your property is listed on our website www.kustverhuur.nl. It is also promoted via other media and platforms to generate more bookings. We always use a direct link to our own website to prevent double bookings.
Insight into your property’s details
It’s always good to know how the rental is going. You can view this information at any time via the portal on our website. We will provide you with login details, after which you can monitor or adjust a number of aspects relating to your property yourself.
This includes:
Blocking the property for your own use
Insight into the property’s occupancy rate
Insight into rental revenue
The number of bookings
Insight into the statements
What are Kustverhuur Zeeuws Vlaanderen’s fees?
As mentioned earlier, we draw up a bespoke contract. The advantage of this is that you only pay for the services you purchase from us.
In addition, we work on a commission basis. This means we do not charge any fees when there are no bookings.
We do not charge any fees for advertising your property on our website and associated media and platforms.
To take the hassle off your hands, we collect the tourist tax for your property.
When you sign a contract with us, you do not pay tourist tax (if you do not have a contract, you must pay tourist tax. You should allow for an amount of 5.00 per mille of the WOZ value of your property).
Every quarter, you will receive a free overview of bookings, turnover, costs and commission.
