Since 2021 founders Annique Cornelis and Gonny Dusarduyn, both with a lot of experience in the rental and administration, are committed to bringing supply and demand together. It is their personal mission to manage the supply of holiday accommodations in and around Zeeuws-Vlaanderen and make it accessible to everyone. They are known for their commitment to personal service, hospitality and quality.
Our service
Kustverhuur Zeeuws-Vlaanderen looks at your personal wishes and needs. We will talk to you personally to see where we can relieve you of your worries. Next, a customized contract will be drawn up. With a personalized contract we avoid any possible surprises and make sure you only pay for what you need.
We offer the following service options:
- Cleaning of the room(s)
- Key service
- Control in case of emergencies
- Repairs (in consultation with the owner, of course)
- Personal reception of guests
- Provision of bed and bath linen
As mentioned, a contract is drawn up based on your wishes and needs. For example, you can also choose to only use our key service and/or rental.
Promotion of your holiday home
Your space will be offered through our website. In addition, your property is also presented through other media and platforms to create greater sales. Always via a direct link to our own website to avoid double bookings. To avoid double bookings, our website is directly linked to these channels.
Booking insights
We understand that you want always want to be updated on the bookings and other data. Via the portal of our website, you have insights into these data at any time. You will receive login information from us, after which you can follow or adjust a number of things for your space yourself.
