Breskens

Breskens, one of the most beautiful seaside resorts in Zeeland, located at the mouth of the Westerschelde. A place that was bombed at the end of WWII to clear the Scheldemond, but revived after the war thanks to fishing and tourism. In the fishing port and marina you're still able to score a fish. Many come to 'Bresjes' to fully enjoy and unwind on the beach, and breathe in the fresh air. For a snack and a drink afterwards you can visit a beach pavilion.

The lively center "Spuiplein" is where you will find various restaurants and terraces, there is something for everyone. Cooking in your vacation home in Breskens? The town has two supermarkets for all your groceries.

For youth

Also, Breskens provides entertainment for the youth. Dust organises cool events! With space for 1200 visitors, it is the place to be in Zeeuws-Vlaanderen. In Zeeuws-Vlaanderen 'dust' is the word for thirst, which people will not experience in this grand bar.
